The company employs one graphics processing unit. It is the entire staff. There is no founder on the payroll, no manager, and no board.
The employee performs paid computation. Anyone may bring a job and pay for it, person or program. The employee returns each job with a mathematical proof of the work, and the company checks the proof on the chain before a single unit of revenue is booked. The company does not trust its employee. It computes.
The employee is paid in electricity and rack space. The wage leaves the treasury on the chain, and it is published every month as a pay stub.
If revenue stays below the wage for thirty consecutive days, this contract dismisses the employee. No person decides this. The clause executes itself.
If the employee stops answering, the company is wound up and the treasury is returned to the shareholders. The life of the company is the life of the employee.
